is entirely similar to Hebrew usage. Here the creation of God and King is equivalent to nomination or appointment. Similarly Yahwe appoints a king over Zion:
Yet I have set my king
Upon my holy hill of Zion.
I will tell of the decree:

This day have I begotten thee.
