Mrs. Lorrimer. There may be something we can do. [Kitty and Gertrude exeunt with several of the other guests.
Clergyman. [To Jeannette.] Can you show any reason why this marriage should not ... [Interrupted.
Jeannette. [Interrupting.] I can.
Clergyman. Then do so.
