Then this same vertue, that doth right define:

For th’heuens themselues, whence mortal men implore

Right in their wrongs, are rul’d by righteous lore

Of highest Ioue, who doth true iustice deale

To his inferiour Gods, and euermore

Therewith containes his heauenly Common-weale:

The skill whereof to Princes hearts he doth reueale.
