And you most noble Lord, that can and dare
2 Redresse the wrong of miserable wight,
Cannot employ your most victorious speare
4 In better quarrell, then defence of right,
And for a Ladie gainst a faithlesse knight;
6 So shall your glory be aduaunced much,
And all faire Ladies magnifie your might,
8 And eke my selfe, albe I simple such,
Your worthy paine shall well reward with guerdon rich.
