Then gan triumphant Trompets sound on hie,
2 That sent to heauen the ecchoed report
Of their new ioy, and happie victorie
4 Gainst him, that had them long opprest with tort,
And fast imprisoned in sieged fort.
6 Then all the people, as in solemne feast,
To him assembled with one full consort,
8 Reioycing at the fall of that great beast,
From whose eternall bondage now they were releast.
