Tread delicately on the carpets.

Again, they sing:
"Oh yes, she is welcome!
Let us hail the arrival of her whose eyes shine with beauty;
Whose form is graceful; tall as a young palm tree,
Who can shut the window without a stool!"
The rejoicing in maternity, and especially in the birth of sons, is notable among the Arabs. The women sing:
"Behold the wife hath brought forth;
