33d.—Make 1, (knit 2 together twice), make 1, knit 1, knit 3 together, knit 1, make 1, knit 2 together, knit 1; repeat 3 times, as 15th row 11 times, &c.
34th.—Same as 24th; pearl 8 instead of 18 for corner patterns.
35th.—Make 1, (knit 2 together twice), make 1, knit 3 together, make 1, knit 2 together, knit 1; repeat 3 times as the 17th row, 11 times as this, &c.
36th.—Same as 24th; pearling 6 instead of 18 in the corner pattern.
37th.—Make 1, knit 2 together, knit 1, knit 3 together, knit 2; repeat 3 times, as the 19th 11 times, &c.
38th.—Pearl and cast off; then work another piece the same, and sew one border to the wrong side of the shawl; sew that when folded both borders will be on the right side.
FRINGE FOR SHAWL.
Double Wool. Cast on 9 stitches.
1st row.—Make 1, knit 2 together; repeat and end with knit 1. When sufficient rows are worked, cast off 4 stitches, leaving 5 to be pulled out for the fringe.
