Girls wave arms in unison as in swimming, using the different strokes, lifting first one foot and then the other, with occasional kicks. Miss Pickett’s efforts to follow them can be made very funny.)

Aunt Jane. How unspeakably grotesque. I am certainly glad that my neighbors and the members of the Civic Club could not see me.
