SPRING MENU FOR A YOUTH
ANEMIA—MALASSIMILATION—UNDERWEIGHT—NO APPETITE
The following menus should be carefully adhered to for two or three days, or until normal hunger is produced:
BREAKFAST
Prunes or dried peaches
Bananas, nuts, or nut butter
A pint of rich milk
LUNCHEON
A light vegetable, such as boiled onions, peas, or new potatoes
A glass or two of milk
