Kesgrave is a small village 3½ miles E. from Ipswich, and 3½ S.W. from Woodbridge, in Carlford Hundred and Norwich Bishopric. The living is a perpetual curacy, in the gift of Sir John Shawe, value £58. The church is a brick building with square tower. The Rev. W. Collett, M.A., is the incumbent. Population 86.
