The result of the new birth is a new heart, a new mind, a new nature, a new love for God and His people.
1st. A NEW heart.
A NEW heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.
Ezekiel 36:26.
2nd. Passing FROM DEATH to life.
VERILY, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
John 5:24.
3rd. Putting on a NEW MAN.
AND that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Ephesians 4:24.
