Cork 1847–59; Q.C. 6 Feb. 1840, bencher of King’s Inns 1856; serjeant at law 1855; judge of Irish Bankruptcy court 1859 to death; burned alive in the train at Abergele, Denbighshire 20 Aug. 1868 the most terrible railway accident that ever happened in this country.
