On the fly-leaf we read Τὸ παρὸν θύον καὶ ἱερὸν εὐαγγέλιον ὑπάρχι κτήμα τοῦ θήου καὶ ἁγίου ναοῦ τοῦ ἁγίου ἀποστώλου καὶ εὐαγγιλιστοῦ μάρκου καὶ εἰ τής ἀποξένοι αὐτὸ ἐκ τοῦ ναοῦ ἔχαιτο τῶ ἐπιτίμω[-ιω?] τῶν ἁγ. πρων, with the date of αχιθ (1619).
