Thomas, son of [Ezra Horton and Lucy Shepherd], born in Union, Ct., 4 May, 1825; married in Union, 29 April, 1850, Delight Wales, daughter of Aaron Allen Wales, of Union, who was a lineal descendant of Dea. Nathaniel Wales, who came from England in 1635, in the ship James, of Bristol, a fellow-passenger with Rev. Richard Mather.

1. Emma, born at Union, 2 Aug., 1852; died at Stafford, Ct., 1 Oct., 1867. 2. Ellsworth Wales, born at Stafford Springs, 4 Jan., 1862.
