For as thyn abit shewith wel,

Thou [semest] an holy heremyte.'

F. Sem. 'Soth is, but I am an ypocryte.'

Amour. 'Thou gost and prechest povertee?'

F. Sem. 'Ye, sir; but richesse hath poustee.'
