infants at the breast;
Let the bridegroom come forth from his chamber,
And the bride from her bower.[1219]
Let the priests, the ministers of Jehovah, weep
between porch and altar;
Let them say, Spare, O Jehovah, Thy people,
And give not Thine heritage to dishonour, for the
heathen to mock them:[1220]
