THE TERRITORIAL SERVICE RIFLE. ·303 Bore.

No G.N. 28. NOTE.—This is the well-known Long Lee-Enfield Pattern Rifle, which has been modified by the introduction of (1) new Backsight Slide, Leaf and Bed; (2) new Foresight and Protector; (3) a “Charger Guide Bridge,” and (4) a new (Deeper) Magazine, to bring it more up-to-date for the use of the Territorial Forces. The Charger Guide Bridge fitted to the action allows of very rapid loading from Clips and the Deeper Magazine affords better accommodation for 10 Cartridges. The N.R.A. have sanctioned the use of this Rifle in all Service Rifle events at Bisley, 1912.

Privately Owned Rifles of old pattern can be converted.
