Harrods’ Equitable System of Deferred Payments
(With Surrender Value)
OFFERS SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR ACQUIRING PIANOS
BY QUARTERLY INSTALMENTS, EXTENDING OVER
A PERIOD OF ONE, TWO, OR THREE YEARS.
All Pianos in stock are marked at nett cash prices, and when purchased on above system, in most cases only 10 per cent. is added to the prices for the full three years.
(There are exceptions and variations in the case of certain makers, but generally speaking the above rule holds.)
The same terms apply where Harrods allow special discounts off Manufacturers’ List Prices, the full discounts, ranging from 20 per cent. upwards, are given and only 10 per cent. added for three years’ purchase.
In addition, should any purchaser of a Piano desire through unforeseen circumstances to discontinue payments, Harrods are quite willing to take the instrument back and treat the matter on the Monthly Hire Scale, and return any balance, provided of course that the instrument has been properly taken care of, kept in a dry, even temperature, and been regularly tuned by Harrods.
In the event of any purchase being completed in a shorter period than that originally arranged a special allowance is made from the full price.
