These Houses are well constructed of good sound well-seasoned Red Deal. The joints are properly Mortised and Tenoned (not merely spiked). They are constructed in Sections, the roof being in Complete Lights, so that at any time the houses can be removed without the expense of taking out the glass. Glazed at Works with 21 oz. glass throughout. The wood bases are of tongued and grooved boarding. Ventilating lights in sides and roof are provided with necessary stays to set open. The door is fitted with good lock and key. Woodwork is painted 3 coats good oil colour. The sections of houses are all erected and glazed at Works before despatch, and guaranteed to fit correctly, and the houses can be quickly erected without skilled labour.
