Signing Delivery Sheets. Customers are particularly requested, if unable to examine Wicker Furniture at time of delivery, to sign the Carrier’s Delivery Sheet, “Not Examined,” as an omission of this destroys all claim on the Carrier should goods be damaged.
Empty Cases, Etc. . .On return to Harrods these should bear the name and address of sender, and should also be advised by post.
Estimates. . . . Free for goods to be made to order, and all kinds of repairs, etc. Only Harrods’ printed estimate form can be recognised. A deposit of one-quarter the estimated amount is required on any article to be made to a Customer’s order unless such Customer has a deposit account with the Company.
Repairs . . . Special attention is paid to all kinds of repairs, same being called for and returned by our carts daily.
