This celebrated Churn is entirely without beaters, the interior of the Barrel being perfectly clean and smooth. The Butter is produced by the sharp and continual concussion caused by the cream falling from end to end, and comes in small granules, the grains of Butter being separated from the milk or cream and kept separate from each other until ready for making up. The whole of the Butter is extracted from the milk or cream and can be churned, washed, salted, and worked in the Churn without the application of the hand. The Butter, as shown in the Granulated form in Churn, is ready to be removed to the Butter Worker for making up.

N.B.—In ordering Churns customers should be careful to select the right size they require, as when a Churn is once ordered and has left our Works we do not under any circumstances exchange it for any other size.
