Cretonnes, Chintzes, and Cotton Goods seldom clean successfully by the Chemical process. Harrods therefore claim to use their discretion as to the methods most suitable.

The White ground of Cretonnes and Chintzes can be tinted with a very pretty effect, and without changing the colour in the design. This is an advantage where the colours are washed out or faded.

Ordinary (or Wet) Cleaning is specially studied, as many articles when stained or discoloured by wear can only be restored to anything like their original condition by this method. A number of new appliances enable Harrods to Clean and Finish the work in a superior manner.
