6. It is at your option to subscribe for the very newest books or, at a lesser cost, for all but the very newest.
TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION.
This subscription entitles the subscriber to withdraw from the Library all books in circulation, including those of most recent publication. An ample number of copies of such books will be provided, so that subscribers will not have to wait indefinitely for the new books they want.
