Section 7. An Act entitled "An Act to Encourage Learning in this Kingdom by Securing the Copies of Charts, Maps and Books to the Authors and Proprietors of such Copies,"[p. 14] approved the thirty-first day of December, 1864, and all other laws, and parts of laws, in conflict with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed.
Section 8. This Act shall take effect from and after the date of its approval.
