1918. Dec. 26. Lili Boulanger's cantata, "Faust et Hélène," given at a concert of the New York Symphony Society at Carnegie Hall, with Julia Claussen as Hélène, Craig Campbell as Faust, and Edgar Schofield as Mephisto. (Composed at the age of 19, and won Grand Prix de Rome. Composer died 1918.)
