Causes for Divorce.—
1. Adultery.
2. Impotency.
3. Sentence to imprisonment for three years or more.
4. Wilful desertion for one year.
5. Cruel and inhuman treatment.
6. Wife’s intoxication.
7. Husband’s habitual drunkenness for one year.
8. Voluntary separation of parties continued for five years.
9. Extreme cruelty.
