We guarantee to furnish all lumber, shingles, finishing lumber, doors, windows, frames, floor and interior trim, hardware, nails, paints of sufficient quantity and equal to or better than the grades specified, to complete the house according to the plans and specifications on opposite page. We further guarantee that there will be no extras, and that all material will reach you in perfect condition. Should any shortages occur, we agree to replace the material either by shipping the necessary material or paying you whatever it costs to buy locally.
