MT 27:19
19 While he [Pilate] was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent word to him, "Have nothing to do with that righteous man, for I have suffered greatly today in a dream because of him."
98.70 Pilate Washes His Hands
MT 27:24-26
24 When Pilate saw that he was gaining nothing, but rather that a riot was starting, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, "I am innocent of this man's blood. See to it yourselves." 25 And all the people answered, "His blood be on us and on our children!" 26 Then he released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
MK 15:15
15 So Pilate, wanting to satisfy the crowd, released Barabbas to them; and he delivered Jesus, after he had scourged him, to be crucified.
LK 23:24-25
24 So Pilate gave sentence that their demand should be granted. 25 And he released the man who had been thrown into prison for insurrection and murder, the one they asked for; but Jesus he delivered up to their will.
