In a day of big things it looms above them all. The railways, anxious to be active in the upbuilding of the country and the introduction of a coming era in transportation, stand at attention. Will the country give the word of permission and remove the heavy cloud of doubt and depression which has steadily arrested the growth of the nation’s commercial facilities?
