Bone crochet hook No. 3.
Directions:
1. Make 3 chain stitches and join into a ring with slip stitch. Make 3 chains.
2. Put 16 double crochets in the ring (counting the 3 chains as if they were one double crochet) and join last double crochet stitch with the top of the 3 chain stitches.
3. Second row: Make 3 chains. Throw yarn over hook. Put hook under first 3 chains, in row below. Draw yarn through, and work off as a double crochet stitch. The next stitch is made in the same way: throw yarn over hook; put hook through under the whole double crochet stitch below and work off as a double crochet. (See picture above.)
