5. Knit plain, narrowing at each end (by knitting first 2, and last 2 stitches together as one) until there are 9 ribs.
6. Bind off.
7. Put 1 row of single crochet around edge of collar.
8. Make tassels of the white and pink.
9. Sew a tassel on each corner of the cape.
