6. Make 50 rows of light blue floss.
7. Make 2 rows of deeper blue floss.
8. Make 4 rows of light blue floss.
9. Break off floss and fasten end securely.
10. Trim shawl with fringe.
In Making the Fringe: Cut 4 strands of floss each 3 inches long. Draw strands through stitches in the same way as in making the fringe on Doll’s Scarf.
