Priestess, with speed conclude the sacrifice,
Impatiently the king and people wait.
IPHIGENIA.
I had perform'd my duty and thy will,
Had not an unforeseen impediment
The execution of my purpose thwarted.

What is it that obstructs the king's commands?
IPHIGENIA.
