1850.—June 19th, the Town took possession of the Pavilion.

— November 19th, violent storm. Two houses blown down near the Wick.
— December 30th, first Pavilion rate made.
1851.—January 21st, opening Ball at the Pavilion.
— May 15th, south portion of the Pavilion property sold for £1722.
