And our master the landlorde

Shall have yt all at his accorde,

His house and farme agayne,

To make therof his vttermost[382] gayne;

For his vantage wylbe more,

With shepe and cattell it to store,

And not to ploughe his grounde no more,

Excepte the fermour wyll aryere

The rent hyere by a hole yeare:

Yet must he have a fyne too,
