If Gerald was stupefied at meeting Bradley Wentworth the latter was even more amazed at encountering Gerald.
“You here?” he exclaimed abruptly.
“Yes, sir,” answered Gerald.
“Are you traveling alone?”
“No, sir. I am with an English gentleman, Mr. Noel Brooke.”
“His servant. I suppose.”
