"I know nothing about it. If it is yours you can describe the pocket-book, and tell me how much money there is in it."
"Well," said the flashy individual, hesitating, "it wasn't a very large pocket-book."
"Brown?"
"Yes."
"And how much money was there in it?"
"Really, I couldn't tell exactly."
