The actions of those who Dao daily decrease.
Decreasing and again decreasing,
In order to arrive at non-action.
Use non-action, and nothing is left undone.
To take hold of the world, always use non-interference.
When you are compelled to interfere,
Then you are not qualified to take hold of the world.
