Stir in ...1 cup finely cut coconut
Pour ...into 3 round 9″ Sprycoated layer pans 1¼″ deep
Bake ...until cake tests done
Cool ...and remove from pans, see [inside back cover].
Spread ...Fantasia Frosting ([p. 12]) between layers and on sides and top, making graceful little peaks.
