Macaroni with Cheese.

2 ounces of macaroni.

1/2 pint of cream sauce.

1 teaspoonful of salt.

1 gill of grated cheese.

Boil and drain the macaroni. Add the sauce to it, and put into an escalop dish. Cover with the cheese, and bake for half an hour.

Baked Hominy.

1 gill of fine breakfast hominy.

1 pint of boiling water.

1/2 pint of milk.
