Eat cold or hot. If warm, with sauce. If cold, with powdered sugar and cream. It is nice with a méringue on top.
Almond Corn-Starch Pudding.
1 quart of milk.
4 table-spoonfuls corn-starch.
1 table-spoonful of butter.
Yolks of five eggs, whites of two.
¼ pound sweet almonds—blanched.
Rose-water, and bitter almond.
¾ cup powdered sugar.
