Then add the cream, and let it boil in the sauce.

- A little butter, and bread-crumbs.
Method.—Grease some scallop shells, and place on each two or three oysters.
Cover them with broad-crumbs, and put a little piece of butter on each.
Brown them in a quick oven, and serve very hot.
