Alkalies, especially Potassa Salts: to resolve calculi, potash and soda to be used.
Alkaline Mineral Waters: especially Vichy and Bethesda.
Ammonium Benzoate: to resolve phosphatic calculi.
Anesthetics: to relieve pain during passage of calculus.
Belladonna: sometimes relieves the pain of the passage of calculus.
Borocitrate of Magnesium: to dissolve uric acid calculus. Formula: Magnesii carb. 1 dram; Acid, citric, 2 drams; Sodii biborat. 2 drams; Aquæ, 8 fl. oz. m. sig.; 2 drams 3 t.p.d.
Calcium Carbonate.
Calumba: to relieve vomiting.
