Atlas with 18 geographical charts, drawn in colours and gilding, by Juan Martinez de Messina, in the year 1578, with the names of places in Italian and Spanish; comprising:—
1. A planisphere of the World.
2. The two hemispheres, Eastern and Western, on a spherical projection, with the following inscription: “Joan Martines, en Messina, Añy 1618,” though this date is apparently substituted for 1578, as in 3489.
3. The World projected, so as to be applied to a solid globe.
4. China and Japan.
5. The sea of China and Eastern Archipelago.
