Gentlemen—It is with pleasure that I can testify to the skillful treatment received at the hands of your surgeon specialists. I had been given up to die, with an abdominal tumor and abscess. My case was not understood, before coming to you. Although operated upon twice unsuccessfully by others, my life was despaired of. Gentlemen—I most gladly express my appreciation of the treatment I received at the Invalids' Hotel and Surgical Institute at Buffalo. When I first applied to you for treatment I could sit up but a few minutes each day, and my physician had told me I never could be any better. I began to improve very soon after receiving and commencing to use your medicines. I continued to use them for some months, following the special instructions faithfully as I could, and steadily improved in health. My trouble was of such a nature that it was necessary for me to receive personal treatment, and I spent six weeks at your Institute. The kindness of physicians and attendants is everything that can be wished. It is now two years since I have had any of your medicines, and I have taken no others since, and my health is very good indeed.
