ERDA [Disappearing.
Thou hast been warned;

[She vanishes completely.
"Erda bids thee beware"

If thus doomed to foreboding—
I must detain thee
Till all is answered!
[Wotan is about to follow Erda in order to detain her. Froh and Fricka throw themselves in his way and prevent him.
