Obvious spelling and punctuation errors have been repaired. Other unusual period spellings and grammatical uses were retained.
[P. 19]: "Blazekovic Park;" diacritical markings were removed in the text version, but retained in the utf-8 and html versions.
[P. 239]: three uses of "mastaba;" original used "masbata."
