197. OINTMENT FOR SKIN AFFECTIONS.

℞	Carbolic acid chrys,
	Sulphate soda	aa. ℈ j.
	Sulphur sublim.	ʒ j.
	Adipis	℥ j. M.

S. Apply two or three times a day. This is effectual for scald head, and either with or without the sulphur is good for the eruption of poison oak, foul ulcers, &c.
