4. M. de la Lazurne, minister of the marine department.
5. M. le Comté de la Tour du Piu Paulin, minister of the war department.
6. M. l'Archeveque de Bourdeaux, keeper of the seal.
7. M. l'Archeveque de Vienne, minister for bishops and abbies.
