1 pound carrots
½ cup water
½ tsp. SPICE ISLANDS MEI YEN Seasoning Powder
½ teaspoon SPICE ISLANDS Ground Jamaica Ginger
½ teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Scrape carrots. Cut into julienne strips. Cook in ½ cup water seasoned with Mei Yen Seasoning Powder. When tender, add Ground Ginger, sugar, and butter. Continue cooking 3 or 4 minutes, tossing gently.
